RAPID CITY, S.D. - A group of residents gathered outside City Hall on Omaha Street Friday afternoon to protest U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement actions, joining a wave of demonstrations aimed at showing solidarity with Minnesota. The protest, held from noon to 1pm., drew participants despite the very cold weather conditions. It was -2 degrees at noon.
