Rapid City, SD – the Rapid City Police Department reports the following:
There is currently a large law enforcement presence in the area of 1515 E. Saint Patrick Street. Warrant subject Joshua Peacock was spotted in the area wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, and police believe he may be armed. Residents in the immediate area are advised to lock their doors and shelter in place for the time being. Police will remain on scene until the situation is resolved.
