RAPID CITY, SD — Police arrived along interstate 90 last night in response to dispatch orders yesterday morning at around 12:40 AM.
Upon arrival, police “located the vehicle and determined it was recently reported stolen out of Montana”, according to a statement from the RCPD following the incident. Police located the driver sleeping within and identified her as 41-Year-Old Billings, Montana resident Lila Sheep.
Following an investigation, it was determined that “[Sheep] had recently used methamphetamine and was too impaired to safely operate a motor vehicle”. She was placed under arrest for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Drug DUI, and Driving Under Suspension.
