STURGIS, S.D. – The Sturgis Scooper girls and boys soccer teams hosted their final regular season home match of the year by taking on the Douglas/New Underwood Patriots.
The Scooper girls won their fourth match of the year with a 6-1 win. The Scooper boys got a pair of goals from Jaxon Dodson and improved to 9-3-1 on the year with a 3-1 win.
In other girls scores, St Thomas More edged out Spearfish by the score of 2-1 and Pierre rolled over Huron 10-0.
In boys scores, Spearfish shut out St Thomas More 7-0, Pierre blanked Huron 2-0 and Belle Fourche played Hot Springs to a 3-3 draw.
