RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police are investigating a Friday morning incident in which a pickup crashed into a building.
Police say they were dispatched to the Perkins Restaurant on North Lacrosse Street at around 11:00 a.m. Friday.
When they arrived, they found a dark colored pickup truck had struck the side of the restaurant near the front entrance.
The collision caused a significant amount of damage, knocking out an entire piece of wall and large window where a booth was located inside.
There were no serious injuries reported, although the incident was still under investigation by Rapid City police.
