RAPID CITY, SD — The Rapid City Police Department has confirmed the arrest of 34-year-old Dustin Yatsayte in connection with what police believe to be a murder at this time.
This arrest follows a previous arrest on September 8th on a parole hold following crucial developments on the case of Michael Ladeaux, who was killed following an assault on September 8th. As of now, Yatsayate is the third arrested for Aiding and Abetting Second Degree Murder following Joshua Thunderhawk and Tyler Ironboy in custody.
