STURGIS, S.D. – The Sturgis Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual Fall and Hot Pepper festival Saturday.
The annual event is entering its sixth year and attendees can enjoy free activities, including a local market featuring many vendors, a homemade salsa and hot pepper eating competition, a hay bale maze and lots of kids activities.
Kadence Gleason with the Sturgis Chamber says there is also a Garden Produce competition this year where gardeners can bring their most impressive, home-grown items where they can either sell or keep their items.
Gleason says there will be live music throughout the day as well.
This year’s Fall Festival runs from 2-6 p.m.
