Miles Wright scored a hat trick and Matthew Grubic added a pair of goals and two assists as Rapid City Stevens dominated rival Rapid City Central 9-0 in boys soccer action Tuesday night.
The Raiders improve to 10-1-1 on the season. The win also marked the 100th varsity game for Raiders coach Jeff Fierro (76-16-8).
The Raiders led 3-0 at halftime with Wright scoring with one second remaining in the half. The Raiders pulled away with three goals in a six minute stretch of the second half.
Josh Mueller, Trent Policky, Ravi Moreland and Kyler Zolnowsky also found net for the Raiders. Policky also had a pair of assists.
The Cobblers were limited to four shots in the contest, all in the first half. Central keeper Marcus Callahan had 11 saves in net.
