Rapid City, SD – City officials advise crews have completed work on the St. Joseph Street project and traffic restrictions will be removed in the affected area early morning Tuesday.
The project was started on Monday, March 31st. The three eastbound lanes were reduced to one lane from West Street to West Boulevard. The repairs were completed a week in advance of the estimated date.
