RAPID CITY, SD – South Dakota Mines continues to shine on the national stage, earning recognition as one of the top universities in the state and across the nation. Several recent rankings highlight the university’s strength in delivering a rigorous, affordable STEM education that gives graduates an exceptional return on investment.

Forbes continually ranks South Dakota Mines as the South Dakota university with the best return on investment, both for affordability and for the earnings graduates bring in during their careers.
