CUSTER, S.D. – Great Plains Fire Dispatch reported a new wildfire start Tuesday afternoon in the Black Hills National Forest.
The Windmill Fire was reported 13 miles west of Custer.
The fire was just over two acres as of 3:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Forest Service and State Personnel responded to the fire.
The fire was initially reported at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday.
