SPEARFISH, S.D. – It came down to the wire on Thursday as the Spearfish Sasquatch grabbed the victory in walk-off fashion, 11-8, over Nebraska Prospects.
The game was tied at eight in the bottom of the seventh when Phoenix Brant homered to right field, scoring three runs.
Kyle Phin drove in four runners in the win. The left fielder went 2-3 on the day.
Jonathan Neal earned the win for the Sasquatch on the mound. The hurler gave up zero hits and zero runs over one inning, striking out two and walking none.
The two teams met for their third game in the series tonight.
