RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police arrested two individuals overnight and are looking for a third following a burglary at a business at 1624 Haines Avenue.
Police say three individuals were seen on surveillance video breaking into the business by using a rock to break out a glass door. The three were seen taking beer from the business.
Police arrested the juvenile who threw the rock through the glass door about an hour later and a second individual was arrested after attempting to make entry into the residence on Explorer Street. He was identified as 24-year-old Joseph Arpan of Rapid City. He was facing charges of third-degree burglary.
Anyone with any information about the other individual who burglarized the store is encouraged to contact police at 605-394-4131.
