Hey hey, Rapid City! It’s time for your Weekend Rundown, packed with everything awesome happening around the 605!

FRIDAY NIGHT kicks off with toe-tappin’ Mississippi Delta Blues and Western Swing—live at Firehouse Wine Cellars! Don’t miss local prodigy Outlaw Bodhi Linde from 5 to 7 PM. This South Dakota native is a wizard on the guitar and banjo, and during Happy Hour from 4 to 6 PM, you can sip $5 glasses of wine while Bodhi brings the fire.

Next up, take a trip back in time with The Seraphim Radio Hour at Darg Hall (Seraphim Theater). It’s a throwback-style radio play performed live—complete with old-school sound effects, music, and a whole lotta heart. Doors open at 6:30, show starts at 7 PM, and it’s just $10 at the door.

Still want more? Head over to the 445 Lounge, where The Black Asters light up the stage with nostalgic covers and dreamy originals from 9 PM to midnight—both Friday and Saturday.

SATURDAY is all about Family Fun Day at Storybook Island, 10 AM to 6 PM! It’s a little off the downtown path but well worth the mention—bouncy castles, face painting, petting zoo, train and carousel rides, food trucks, and more! Admission is just $5 (free for kiddos under 1).

That evening, experience a wild musical ride at ABY’s with DHEJEMKE, a genre-bending band mashing up jazz, punk, soul, and who-knows-what-else. They’re fresh off a 7,000-mile tour and bring it live at 7 PM.

Finally, close out the weekend in throwback style at Murphy’s Pub, where Flannel is throwing a patio party for the ages—think all your favorite ’90s and 2000s hits from 9 PM to midnight. Good drinks, good vibes, and great tunes!

That’s your Rapid City Weekend Rundown—get out there and make it count! There’s all this and more waiting for you at RapidCityPost.com.

We’ll see you in the moonlight.
