RAPID CITY, S.D. — A pair of local students, Bodhi and Pinky, are hosting the “Snack-a-thon 2025” on Sunday from 10am-6pm at Main Street Square in Rapid City to raise money for Central High School. The event aims to provide snacks and food for students in need.
The duo plans to play music for eight hours and is inviting the community to stop by and join in with their own instruments. Last year, the event successfully raised $2,000. This year, the organizers have set a goal of raising $4,000 to double the support for students.
The event highlights community-driven efforts within the Black Hills to ensure students have access to essential resources at school.
