Rapid City, SD – Post 22 Hardhats 2025 rallied late to secure a 4-3 victory over the Gillette Riders on Wednesday. The game was tied in the bottom of the seventh inning when Jace Morgan’s single drove in the winning run.

“We weren’t as locked in today as we were against three 320, but we did enough good things today to win a ball game.” said head coach Kelvin Tore after the game.

“We had a couple of bunts that were really big that drove in runs. We ran the base as well. Our pitchers allowed too many base runners through walks and Hit batters, but again, they didn’t allow them to score. Our hitting was really off tonight. We did not have a really good idea of what we were trying to do at the plate, but we strung together enough aggressive at bats, good base running, and a couple of timely bunts to win a game.”
