Pennington County, SD — Pennington County is inviting residents to participate in a series of listening sessions as part of its ongoing Hours of Operation Study. These sessions are designed to gather community input on potential changes to the days and hours of operation for the Administration Building. Feedback from the public will be instrumental in shaping recommendations that best serve county residents and employees.
The study, initiated by the Board of Commissioners earlier this year, aims to evaluate how adjustments to the current operational hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, could improve accessibility, efficiency, and public service. Community engagement is a critical component of the study, and these listening sessions provide a platform for residents to voice their thoughts and suggestions directly to the research team.
