RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police say one person was killed and another was injured in a car crash on Saturday night.
Rapid City Police were dispatched to Skyline Drive and Pevans Parkway around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday for a reported car crash. When they arrived at the scene, they located a vehicle lying on its roof.
The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene and the passenger of the vehicle was taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Rapid City Police Department’s Critical Accident Reconstruction Team is investigating the accident.
Names of those involved have not been released pending notification of relatives.
