RAPID CITY, SD – Riverdance, the celebrated Irish dance sensation, is bringing a new tour to the Black Hills of South Dakota. Abhann Productions announced that “Riverdance 30 – The New Generation” will tour more than 40 cities in North America, including a stop in Rapid City at The Monument on May 26. The performance will be held in the Fine Arts Theatre.
This tour marks a fresh take on the classic show, featuring new choreography and costumes, along with updated lighting, projection, and motion graphics. “Riverdance 30 – The New Generation” will introduce audiences to a new cast of performers, all of whom were born after the original show’s debut 30 years ago.
The show’s fusion of Irish and international dance and music has earned it global acclaim and a Grammy award for its score.
