RAPID CITY, S.D. – A Rapid City man accused of killing a man in April has pleaded not guilty in Seventh Circuit Court.
Diontae Eagleman is charged in the stabbing death of Francis Tobacco near Main Street Square in downtown Rapid City on April 1.
Eagleman could face the death penalty of life in prison if he is convicted.
He’s currently being held in the Pennington County Jail.
