RAPID CITY, S.D – Former Rapid City Central Football Head Coach Brandon Colpitts discussed his departure from the Cobbler football program Tuesday afternoon on The Nate Brown Show.
Colpitts stated that the decision to step away from the head coaching position was extremely difficult. “Opportunity came my way. I happen to be connected to the guy who’s in the role now with Riddell that’s retiring,” Colpitts said. “We had some conversations with him over the last few months. The more I learn, the more I realize from a family perspective, this wasn’t something I couldn’t pass up.”
