Dispute between City of Sturgis and former lease partner headed to litigation

STURGIS, S.D. – The city of Sturgis decided last night to pursue litigation with a former partner.

The lawsuit against Kenny Price will go forward, according to City Attorney Eric Davis.

The dispute with Mr. Price deals with the City’s former lease of certain real property in the city.

Davis says the case will be handled by a commercial litigation attorney – Jared Nooney of Rapid City.
