RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — Light snowfall overnight created hazardous driving conditions in Rapid City Friday morning, with particularly icy stretches reported in the southern part of the city. Drivers on Moon Meadows and Highway 16 south experienced extremely slick conditions, leading to vehicles sliding off the road and into ditches. Motorists are urged to exercise caution while traveling in the area.
