STURGIS, S.D. – Rapid City Central brought home the team title of the Sturgis Invitational Monday.
The Cobblers finished with a low score of 326 with the home team Scoopers placing second with a 328.
Hot Springs came in third with a score of 338 and Stevens placed fourth with a 346. Custer rounded out the top five with a score of 347.
Winning the individual title was Austin Heinert of Hot Springs who carded a low 79. Jaxon Dodson of Sturgis was second and Ian Jensen of Rapid City Central was third. Brock Schroeder of Hot Springs and Josiah Haangala of Rapid City Central rounded out the top five.
Scooper Jace Thurman finished in sixth place.
