RAPID CITY, SD—The City Finance Office held a drawing Thursday to determine the order of names as they will appear on the ballot for the June 3 City Council elections.
Senior Finance Coordinator Heidi Weaver-Norris prepared the names for drawing for the City Council candidates running in Ward 1, Ward 4 and Ward 5. Erica Bussiere, Grants Division Coordinator, drew the names for placement on the ballot. Daniel Ainslie, Finance Director, was present along with Ward 5 candidates Pat Roseland and Callie Meyer.
The following is the order of how the names will appear on the ballot for the vote on June 3, 2025:
WARD ONE ALDERMAN:
1. Lawrence Adams
2. Stephen Tamang
WARD TWO ALDERMAN:
1. Bill Evans (uncontested)
WARD THREE ALDERMAN:
- Greg Strommen (uncontested)
WARD FOUR ALDERMAN:
1. Lance Lehmann
2. Eltina Three Stars
WARD FIVE ALDERMAN:
1. Pat Roseland
2. Callie Meyer
