RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — Beardsley, Jensen & Lee, Prof. LLC is pleased to announce that partner Brad J. Lee has been selected for membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
ABOTA is a highly respected, invitation-only organization comprising leading trial lawyers and judges nationwide. The association is dedicated to upholding and promoting the civil jury trial right, maintaining a balanced membership of both plaintiff and defense attorneys, as well as members of the judiciary.
Membership in ABOTA signifies excellence, civility, and professional integrity in the field of trial advocacy. Criteria for consideration include a minimum of five years of active trial law experience, having served as lead counsel in at least seven civil jury trials to conclusion, and the possession of significant additional litigation credentials. Beyond experience, ABOTA members must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the organization’s Code of Professionalism and Principles of Civility, representing the highest ethical standards of the legal profession. This year, ABOTA extended membership to only 54 attorneys and judges across the country.
Brad J. Lee’s selection to ABOTA reflects his profound respect within the legal community and his steadfast commitment to his clients and the principles of justice. Beardsley, Jensen & Lee proudly celebrates this significant achievement with him and anticipates his continued leadership both within and beyond the courtroom.
