5 people charged in ‘vicious’ brawl in Cincinnati that sparked safety debate in the city

Five people have been charged after a violent brawl in downtown Cincinnati over the weekend. A video of the fight, which happened early Saturday, shows several people throwing punches. One man was repeatedly punched and kicked while on the ground. A woman was also punched and left bleeding. Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval called the incident “unacceptable.” Police Chief Teresa Theetge said more charges are expected.
