Deadwood Gears Up for Off-Road Adventure

DEADWOOD, S.D. – The roar of engines and the spirit of adventure will descend upon the Black Hills as Jeep Jamboree USA brings its 33rd Black Hills Jeep Jamboree to Deadwood. The event, which is part of a tradition that dates back more than 70 years, is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 19, and Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Days of ’76 Rodeo Grounds.

Jeep Jamboree USA events are a celebration of the off-road lifestyle, bringing together hundreds of Jeep 4×4 owners for a weekend of guided trail excursions, community, and outdoor experiences. Participants embark on full-day rides through the challenging terrain of the Black Hills, navigating trails and testing their vehicles’ capabilities.

The event, which traces its history to the Rubicon Trail in 1953, is known for its camaraderie among Jeep owners. It highlights the culture and passion of the Jeep brand in a unique setting beyond the dealership.

The 33rd Black Hills Jeep Jamboree will be headquartered at the Days of ’76 Rodeo Grounds, located at 50 Crescent Drive in Deadwood. The event offers a chance for participants and observers to experience the enduring impact of the Jeep lifestyle in South Dakota’s historic Black Hills.
