RAPID CITY, S.D. – An active water line break on Sheridan Lake Road is impacting traffic and water service for a handful of homes in Rapid City.
The break, located between Jackson Boulevard and Arrow Street, is being addressed by a repair crew on site. Utility locates have been requested to help with the repair process.
Approximately 10 homes are affected by the outage. City officials estimate the repairs will be completed by mid-evening.
Traffic control has been placed near the intersection of Lawndale Drive. While public vehicle access is being maintained, motorists are advised to proceed with caution in the area.
