RAPID CITY, S.D. – A missing Rapid City man, Nicholas Selig, 30, was located Thursday, August 28, and is now speaking with investigators, according to the Pennington County Sheriff’s Department.
Selig was found in the 1200 block of Jackson Boulevard shortly before 11 a.m. by a passerby who reported seeing a man matching his description. Rapid City police officers responded to the call and confirmed the individual was Selig.
He has been transported to speak with investigators regarding the death of Vernon Selig. The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation with assistance from the Rapid City Police Department.
