RAPID CITY, S.D. – A vehicle and motorcycle collision has caused significant traffic disruption at the Rapid City Regional Airport, with the Rapid City Police Department responding to the scene.

The accident has blocked the primary entrance to the airport, leading to delays for travelers. In a move to manage the flow of traffic, eastbound motorists on Highway 44 are being rerouted through the airport entrance.

Rapid City Police are directing traffic, and airport staff are assisting with the detour. Access to the airport is being maintained, but travelers should anticipate delays and follow instructions from emergency personnel and staff on site.
