WATERTOWN, S.D. – In legion ball over the weekend, Rapid City Post 22 won a doubleheader over Watertown on Saturday.
The Hardhats won game one by the score of 1-0. Post 22 then got the sweep by beating the Post 17 Arrows in game two 7-4.
Post 22 improves to 40-6-1 on the season.
Also in action over the weekend were the Sturgis 17U Sluggers, who split a pair of contests.
On Saturday, the Sluggers beat the Security First Regulators 8-7. Om Sunday, the Sluggers dropped a tough game to Alliance 8-6.
Tonight, the Sturgis Titans and Spearfish Post 164 Spartans are in action, hosting Brandon Valley at 7:00 p.m. at Strong Field.
Spearfish plays Brandon Valley at 5:00 p.m. followed by Sturgis taking on Post 131 at 7:00 p.m.
