RAPID CITY, S.D. – A Rapid City charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault pleaded not guilty during his arraignment in Seventh Circuit Court Tuesday.
Garrett Otto, 29, allegedly stabbed two people and assaulted another an improvised camp under the I-190 bridge.
If convicted, Otto faces up to 25 years in prison on the attempted murder charge and 15 years in prison on the assault charge.
His next court date was set for July 15.
