STURGIS, S.D. – Voters in the Meade 46-1 School District went to the polls Tuesday to select three candidates for three open seats on the School Board.
With a total of 2025 ballots, the unofficial vote count for candidates is as follows, contingent on opening two provisional ballots at 7:00 AM in the Business Office on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
Justin Jutting – 490 votes
Lee Spring – 442 votes
Tim Amdahl – 414 votes
Sandy Cass – 325 votes
Charlie Wheeler – 257 votes
Ronald Hays – 97 votes
The election will be canvassed on June 16, 2025, at which time the official results will be declared, finalizing the election.
