RAPID CITY, S.D. – A Rapid City man charged with attempted murder and simple assault in an altercation Sunday made his initial court appearance Tuesday.
Garrett Otto, 29, allegedly stabbed two people and assaulted a third at a makeshift camp under the I-190 bridge.
A $100,000 cash bond was set and a no-contact order was put into place.
The stabbing victims were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
