UNDATED – First National Bank of Fort Pierre, SD is proud to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Wyoming Bank & Trust with branches located in Cheyenne and Burns, WY. The acquired branches will operate under the name of First Wyoming Bank & Trust Branch of First National Bank. First National Bank currently maintains 16 locations in South Dakota and Colorado. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals [and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025].
