Rapid City – The planned train unloading by Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern Railroad (RCP&E) was planned to be completed by 6am this Wednesday morning. The tracks that run through many downtown streets were not open until close to 7:50am.
Rapid City Police were on-site to assist with traffic control.
