STURGIS, SD – The Sturgis Scooper baseball team hosted the Tea Area Titans and the Douglas Patriots in a doubleheader at Strong Field on Friday night, winning one and losing one.
Tea Area held on for a 3-2 victory over the Scoopers in game one, and Sturgis took the nightcap from Douglas 13-3 in five innings due to the mercy rule.
