Rapid City, SD – Poor road conditions are reported throughout the Black Hills on Thursday afternoon. The Pennington County Sheriff’s office warns motorists to slow down with especially slippery conditions between Keystone and Hill City. Slushy road conditions are also reported outside of Sturgis as heavy snow is continuing to fall.
