This work is a part of an 11-structure project that will install new polymer chip seals and repair bridge joints along I-90 between the Wyoming state line and Whitewood.
The prime contractor on the $3.19 million project is J.V. Bailey Company Inc. from Rapid City, SD. The project completion date is Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.
