RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office Victim Specialists are creating a visual tribute to victims of all crimes by painting rocks and placing them outside the County Administration Building.
The Sheriff’s Office encourages victims, as well as friends and family members of violent crime victims, to participate by painting a rock in honor of their loved ones. Victim Specialists are also available to conduct interviews, paint rocks, and place them on behalf of those interested.
Annual Crime Victims’ Rights Week Photo Scheduled
The Sheriff’s Office will hold its annual Crime Victims’ Rights Week photo on Tuesday at 9 a.m. The photo will be taken on the stairs of the Public Safety Building, located at 300 Kansas City Street. All are welcome to join.
