Lana Hill, age 79, of Whitewood, South Dakota, died on Monday, March 17, 2025.
Survivors include two daughters Teresa Hill of Whitewood and Kori Grass (Kent “Otis” Otto) of Rapid City; three grandchildren Keeva Grass of Whitewood, Kolton Grass of Whitewood, and Kindra Holt of Martin; four great-grandchildren: Kenton Grass, Donita Holt, Ronnie Rae Holt, and Allen Holt; sister Joyce (Loyd) Brandt of Rapid City; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Hill on August 18, 2016; brothers Clinton J. (Agnes) Lester, Cletus (Joan) Lester, Gary (Rose) Lester, and Duane (Ruth) Lester; father Aubrey C. Lester; and mother Tessie V. Lester.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, at the Interior Fairview Cemetery, with Pastor Kathy Chesney officiating.
A luncheon will follow at the Interior Community Center.
