RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police say they have made an arrest in connection with a Sunday homicide.
Police announced 28-year-old Pam White Butterfly of Rapid City has been taken into custody for First Degree Murder and Attempted Murder in the ongoing investigation into the February 23rd shooting incident which took the life of one man and critically injured another.

The man killed in the shooting has been identified as 68-year-old Lenart Brown Eyes of Rapid City.
Police say the ongoing and active investigation into the shooting is being conducted jointly by the RCPD and the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office.
