WATERTOWN, S.D. – The State Class AA and A State Gymnastics meet wrapped up Saturday in Watertown.
In Class AA, Harrisburg’s Katelyn Maeschen won the individual All Around with a score of 38.6500. Placing second in the All Around was Bentley Bates of Mitchell with 37.9834 and her teammate Olivia Prunty was third with 37.1834.
Bates won the Bars and the Beam while Maeschen won the Floor Exercise. Harrisburg’s Isabelle Reiners won the Vault.
Winning the Class A All Around was Portia-Trias of Estelline-Hendricks with a score of 37.3166. Her teammate Maggie Hausman was second and Riah Hartune, also of Estelline-Hendricks, places third giving the Redhawks a sweep of the top three spots.
Kylah Biggins of Chamberlain won the Vault title, with Trias winning the Bars and Beam. Housman won the Floor Exercise.
