With its roots originating from a group of old ranchers gathering at a stock show in Denver, the foundation’s primary mission is to enhance the future of agriculture and empower rural areas through various initiatives and fundraising efforts.

The foundation’s focus is not only on agriculture but also on fostering a sense of community among those who share a passion for the western lifestyle. By providing scholarships and financial aid to students from rural backgrounds, particularly those pursuing education in agricultural studies or related fields, the foundation aims to invest in the next generation of leaders. Over the past several years, they have awarded significant scholarships—over $60,000 in renewable scholarships to students seeking higher education—Have awarded around 20 Scholarships so far in 2025 already – reflecting a strong commitment to community support.
Through various fundraising events, including golf tournaments and unique themed gatherings like “Back When They Bucked,” the foundation has successfully raised funds that directly benefit both local youth and rural communities. For instance, during rodeo nights at local hockey games, special jerseys highlight the foundation’s mission, and proceeds from these events help fund their initiatives.
In addition to educational scholarships, the foundation supports various local causes, from fire departments to youth services, ensuring that help reaches those who need it most. Their involvement in local events, such as local and state events, medical needs allows them to connect with younger audiences and provide opportunities for children who may not otherwise have such experiences.
