
STURGIS, S.D. – The Sturgis Scooper boys wrestling team rolled to a 74-6 dual win over Belle Fourche on senior night at West Gymnasium last night.
The Scoopers scored eight wins via pin and four via forfeit. Riley Dighton had the lone Belle Fourche win on the night at 157 pounds.

The Scooper Girls Wrestling team defeated Belle Fourche 84-0, most wins coming via forfeit. The two Scooper wrestlers who got matches were Annalee Pierson at 110 and Naveah Peters at 120.
In other wrestling action Thursday, Rapid City Stevens defeated Spearfish 48-31. The Raiders scored eight wins, seven via pin and one via forfeit. In the girls dual, Spearfish defeated Rapid City Stevens 46-34. It was a memorable night to remember for two Lady Spartans.
Mathilde Matsuda and Haven Baker both earned their 100th career victories Thursday night.
And the Badlands Brawlers scored a 47-23 win over Stanley County.
