That’s according to a U.S. government official who spoke Friday on condition of anonymity. The official says Ratcliffe discussed potential economic collaboration and warned that Venezuela can never again allow the presence of American adversaries, including drug traffickers. The meeting is the most significant indication yet that Trump is willing to work with Rodríguez.
