Former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman will lie in state at the Minnesota Capitol rotunda on Friday. Hortman, her husband, and their dog were killed in a June 14 attack. The public can pay respects from noon to 5 p.m. A private funeral is set for Saturday. The suspect, Vance Boelter, Â who’s charged with murder and attempted murder, is due in federal court Friday.
