Fields or Taylor? Jets coach Aaron Glenn keeping Bengals guessing on starting quarterback
Aaron Glenn knows who the New York Jets’ starting quarterback will be against Cincinnati, but he isn’t revealing his plan. Glenn said simply on Wednesday that the team will have a quarterback on Sunday. Justin Fields was benched after a poor performance last Sunday and Tyrod Taylor played the second half of New York’s loss to Carolina. Glenn said Monday he would deliberate over his decision, considering who gives the Jets the best chance to win. Taylor is dealing with a knee issue and is day to day at practice. Owner Woody Johnson has expressed concerns about Fields’ performance.
