Clippers owner Ballmer welcomes NBA probe, tells ESPN he wasn’t involved in Leonard endorsement deal

Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer welcomes the NBA’s investigation into alleged salary cap rule violations. He denies involvement in a $28 million endorsement deal between Kawhi Leonard and a sustainability company. Ballmer said in an interview with ESPN that he would want the NBA to investigate any team accused of similar violations.
